I am a postdoctoral researcher working on the FWF-funded project "Audience Expectations of News in the Digital Age" at the Journalism Studies Center, in the Department of Communication of the University of Vienna.
I received my Ph.D. in Mass Communication with a minor in Political Psychology from the Hubbard School of Journalism and Mass Communication, at the University of Minnesota.
My research interests are in journalism and political communication, specifically focusing on online communities, social and political identities, and audience studies.
